In the beginning we engaged Unitas Financial Services to assist with implementation of a Blanket Mortgage Insurance. After experiencing what great customer service Unitas Financial Services has to offer, we soon decided to move other services to the company as a renewal would come due from other vendors. To date, we currently utilize Unitas Financial Services for Vendor Single Interest Insurance (VSI), GAP Insurance, OREO Insurance, and Flood Insurance Servicing and Force Placement of policies.

The team at Unitas Financial Services has been great to work with and assist with any questions and other issues that may arise. Claims processing is very easy and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful during the process.
